(Nasdaq/NMS: LFUS) today announced it has completed the previously disclosed acquisition of Catalina Performance Accessories, Inc. of Mountainburg, Ark. for $4.5 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Littelfuse earnings in 2006.
